High Court of Chhattisgarh District Judge Vacancy Recruitment and Application format..
Applications are invited for the post of District Judge (Entry Level) in Chhattisgarh Higher Judicial Service in the cadre of Higher Judicial Service by direct recruitment from the Bar.
Pay Scale:Candidates who have selected for the post can expect a pay of Rs. 51550-1230-

Name of the Post and number of post:
District Judge (Entry Level) :08 posts
(Two posts are reserved for women)
Age Limit:Candidates age limit should be in between 35 to 45 years as on January 1st 2014 to be eligible for district Judge vacancies.
For SC/ST/OBC Candidates of Chhattisgarh age relaxtion is 3 years
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate must have atleast seven years in continuous practice as an Advocate on the first day of January 2014. The applicant shall furnish a certificate from the Registrar General of the High Court or Principal District & Sessions Judge concerned, bearing legible seal with date, month & year of issuance, that he/she is an
advocate having practiced for not less than seven years as such in the format given at Annexure along with the application.
Mode of Selection:Candidates have to clear two rounds a)Written Test b)Viva Voice
to select for district judge post in Chattisgarh high court.
Examination Fee:SC/ST/OBC Candidates have to pay a fee of Rs 700..
Remaining all the candidates (unreserved) have to pay an application fee of Rs 1000.
Last Date to Apply:June 06 2014
The application duly filled in and signed along with Identity-Sheet &
four identical and recent passport size photographs with name and
address of the applicant on the back of the photographs affixing on application form,one photograph on identity sheet and two photos stapled at white space provided in the application form and one self attested envelope stamped with postal stamps of Rs 25 each. addressed to
