The Directorate of Advertising & Visual Publicity (DAVP) is the nodal agency to undertake multi-media advertising and publicity for various
Ministries and Departments of Government of India. Some of the Autonomous Bodies also route their advertisements through DAVP. As a service agency,
it endeavors to communicate at grass roots level on behalf of various Central Government Ministries.(Issue date-03rd May 2014)
NAVAL ARMAMENT DEPOT - MUMBAI calls in for recruitment of various posts in Naval Armament Depot, Mumbai, under Headquarters, Western Naval Command, Mumbai.
No.of Posts: 17 Posts.
Details Of Vacancies:
a) Fitter General Mechanic (Skilled): 12 Posts (SC-01,OBC-03,UR-08)
b) Fitter Electronic (Skilled): 05 Posts (ST-01, OBC-04).
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
a) Fitter General Mechanic (Skilled):
(i) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Institute or Board with knowledge of English
(ii) Should hold National Apprenticeship Certificate issued by National
Council of Vocational Training in the Fitter or Equivalent Trade. OR Mechanic or equivalent with 02 (two) years regular service in the appropriate Technical Branch of the Army, Navy, and Air Force.
b) Fitter Electronic (Skilled): (i) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Institute or Board with knowledge of English.
(ii)Should hold National Apprenticeship Certificate issued by National Council of vocational Training in the following trades:-Mechanic, Electronic, Radio Mechanic, Electrician, Instrument Mechanic or equivalent OR Mechanic or equivalent with 02 (two) years regular service in the appropriate Technical Branch of the Army, Navy, and Air Force.
Scale Of Pay: Pay Band – I, Rs.5,200-20,200 + G.P Rs.1,900/-
Age Limit: Between 18 and 25 years, applicable to both direct recruits.(Age Relaxation -> 05 Years for SC / ST; 03 Years for OBC)
