Karnataka Postal Circle has invited applications from meritorious Sports persons for recruitment of Postal Assistant, Sorting Assistant, Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) and Postman.All the interested and eligible candidates
who meet the minimum requirements specified by them can apply for the posts.

Pay scale:Applicants can expect a pay band of Rs.5,200-20,200 (PB-I) + Grade pay of Rs.2,400 plus admissible allowances
Sorting Assistant:04 posts
(RMS Bangalore Sorting - 02, RMS HB - 02)
Pay Scale:Applicants can expect a pay scale of Rs.5,200-20,200 (PB-I) + Grade pay of Rs.2,400 plus admissible allowances
Multi Tasking Staff (MTS):01 posts (Bangalore South)
Pay Scale:Applicants can expect a pay scale of Rs.5,200-20,200 (PB-1) + Grade pay of Rs.2,000 plus admissible allowances
Postman:02 posts
(Bangalore West - 01, Bangalore Sorting - 01)
Pay scale:Applicants can expect a pay band of Rs.5,200-20,200 (PB-1) + Grade pay of Rs.1800 plus admissible allowances
Age Limit:Candidates age limit should be in between 18-27 years as on 28/07/2014.Age Relaxation is applicable as per the government rules.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must acquire Matriculation / SSLC from a recognized Board or University.
Application Fee:Rs.100/- should be deposited/ paid in any Post Office in Karnataka Circle and submit original receipt along with application.
Examination Fee: Only the Applicants who are called for selection/field trials will have to pay an examination fee of Rs 400/-. Women /SC/ST candidates are exempted from payment of exam fee.
