Rashtriya Madhyamik Siksha Abhijan (RMSA) Assam has recently announced notification for recruiting 98 Special Educators on contractual basis for teaching and training under the scheme of Inclusive Education for Disabled
at Secondary Stage (IEDSS).

Name of the post and number of vacancies:
Special Educator - Visual Impairment for class IX & X:50 posts
Educational Qualification:Graduates with B. Ed (Special Education in Visual Impairment) (OR) B. Ed (General) with a 2 year diploma in Special education in Visual Impairment.
Special Educator-Hearing Impairment/Speech Impairment for class IX & X:20 posts
Educational Qualification:Graduates with B. Ed (Special Education in Hearing Impairment) (OR) B. Ed (General) with a 2 year diploma in Special education in Hearing Impairment.
Special Educator-Mentally Challenged/Learning Disability for class IX & X:20 posts
Qualification:Graduates with B. Ed (Special Education in Mental Retardation/ Learning Disability) (OR) B. Ed (General) with a 2 year diploma in Special education in Mental Retardation/Learning Disability.
Special Educator-Cerebral Palsy/Autism/Multiple Disabilities for class IX&X:08 posts
Qualification:Graduates with B. Ed (Special Education in Cerebral Palsy/ Autism/ Multiple Disabilities)
(OR) B. Ed (General) with a 2 year diploma in Special education in Cerebral Palsy/Autism/Multiple Disabilities.
Age Limit:
Candidates age should not be more than 38 Years as on 1st July 2014.Age relaxation is applicable as per govt rules mentioned in the official notification.
Application Fee:
For General and OBC Candidates:Rs. 300/- only FOr SC/ST/PH applicants Rs. 150/.Application fee should be paid in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of "RMSA, Assam payable at Guwahati".
