Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank invites applications from Indian citizens, for the post of Officer Junior Management (Scale-I) who have been declared qualified at the Online CWE-II for RRBs conducted by IBPS during September/ October 2013 and declared qualified.All the eligible and interested applicants who meet the minimum requirements can apply for the posts.

Officer Junior Management Scale-I:100 posts
(SC:11,ST:07,OBC:21,General:61 posts)
Pay Scale:Candidates can expect a pay scale of Rs.14500-600/7-18700-700/2-20100-800/7-25700
Emoluments:Rs.29580/-inclusive of DA & HRA at the current rates depending on the place of posting.
Probation period:2 years
Eligibility Criteria:Eligibility Criteria is to be considered as per RRBs CWE-II Advertisement published in Employment News/Rozgar Samachar Issue Dated 6th July – 12th July, 2013 released by IBPS and
posted on the IBPS’s website www.ibps.in
Application Fee:
Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
Rs.100/- for all other Applicants
Payment of application fee should be made through Fee payment Challan.No other modes will be accepted.
Selection Method:
Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/
October 2013 and Personal Interview.
Bond:A bond of Rs. 2,00,000/- with surety for the minimum period of 3 years should be paid by candidates.
