State Institute of Urban Planning & Architecture SIUPA has announced notification for recruiting Professor,Assistant professor and Lecturer Posts.All the candidates who are eligible and meet the minimum requirements specified by SIUPA can apply for the posts.
Details of SIUPA Professor and Lecturer Posts 2014:
Name of the post and number of vacancies:
Professor (01 General)
Age Limit:Maximum Age limit of the candiates who are willing to join as professors in SIUPA is 55 years
Educational Qualification:
a)Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with minimum of 60% aggregate or 6.75 CGPA (55% for SC Candidates).
b)Master Degree in Architecture or related discipline of Architectures & Planning with minimum of 60% aggregate or 6.75 CGPA ( 55% for SC candidates).
c)Ph.D in Architecture / Planning or Published work in referred journals or significant professional work which can be considered equivalents to Ph.D.
Work Experience:Thirteen Years experience in teaching/research
Pay Scale:Appicants can expect a pay scale of Rs.37400-67000+ 9500GP
2)Assistant Professor (02-General)
Age Limit:Maximum Age limit of the candidates who are willing to join as Assistant professors in SIUPA is 48
Educational Qualification:
a)Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with minimum of 60% aggregate or 6.75 CGPA (55% for SC Candidates).
b)Master Degree in Architecture or related discipline of Architectures & Planning with minimum of 60% aggregate or 6.75 CGPA (55% for SC candidates).
Experience:
Five Years experience in teaching/industry/research
Pay scale:Candidates can expect a pay scale of Rs.15600-39100+ 7600GP
3)Lecturer (03-General)
Age limit:Maximum Age limit of the candiates who are willing to join as Lecturer in SIUPA is 40
Qualification:Same as for "Assistant Professor".
Experience:One Year experience in teaching and/ industry/research
Pay Scale:Candidates can expect a pay scale of rs.9300-34800+ 5400GP
