1)Jt.Managing Director /Chief General Manager
Age Limit:Candidates age limit should be below 55 Years
Qualification:Candidates with Post Graduation, MBA, CFA, ICWA/C.S. CAIIB will be given preference over others.
Experience:Applicants should know the latest trends/technology in banking and should possess at least 3 years experience in Scale VI and above.
2)General Manager
Age Limit:Applicants age limit should be below 55 Years
Qualification:Candidates with Post Graduation, MBA, CFA, ICWA/C.S. CAIIB will be given preference over others.
Experience:Applicants should be well versed with the latest trends/technology in banking and should possess at least 3 years experience in Scale VI/V and above
3)Dy.General Managers/Asst.General Managers
Age Limit:Below 55 Years
Qualification:Candidates with, Post Graduation, MBA, C.A.,Cost and Financial Analysis, CAIIB will be given preference over others.
Experience:Minimum three years experience
4)Senior Managers/Head Of Departments
Age Limit:Below 50 Years
Qualification:Candidates with, Post Graduation/CA/MBA, CAIIB will be given preference over others.
Experience:Candidate should be experienced and should have worked as Manager(Scale II) or Senior Manager(Scale III) at least for 3 years at Branch level/Regional level/Zonal level.
5)Branch Managers/Development Managers
Age Limit:Below 40 Years
Educational Qualification:Candidates with Post Graduation/MBA/CAIIB will be an added advantage. Further, the candidates possessing the above qualities will be given preference over others.
6)Head - Marketing & Sales
Age Limit:Applicants age limit should be below 50 Years
