UP PSC Recruitment 2014 Food Safety Officers
Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission UPPSC has recently announced notification for the recruitment of Food Safety Officer Posts.All the eligible and interested applicants who are willing to make their career with Uttar Pradesh Government as food safety officers can apply for the posts.Make sure to check the eligibility conditions before applying for the posts.
Details of UPPSC Food Safety officers Posts 2014:
Food Safety officers:430 Posts
(General :215,SC:90,ST08:,OBC:117
Pay Scale:Applicants can expect a pay Band of Rs. 9,300/- - Rs. 34,800/- (Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-)
Application Fee:Payment of Application fee should be done through Challan.Deposit the application fee in any of the branches of State Bank of India or Punjab National Bank by the
candidate according to his category.
No other mode of payment will be accepted:
1)For General Candidates:Rs 115 (Exam Fee Rs 100 + Online processing fee Rs 15)
2)For OBC Applicants:Rs 115 ( Exam fee Rs. 100 + On-line processing fee Rs. 15)
3)For Scheduled Caste Applicants:Rs 55 (Exam fee Rs. 40 + On-line processing fee Rs. 15)
4)Fore Scheduled Tribe Candidates:Rs 55 (Exam fee Rs. 40/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 15)
5) For Handicapped:Rs 15 (No application fee + On-line processing fee Rs. 15)
6)For Freedom fighters,Ex servicemen and Women,application fee depends on the original category mentioned from
Sl. Nos. 1 to 4.
Marital Status:
Male candidates who are married and have more than one wife living and female candidates who have married a person already having a wife, shall not be eligible unless the Hon.' Governor has granted an exemption from this condition.
Educational Qualification:Candidates have to possess a Bachelors Degree in Food technology/Dairy Technology/Bio Technology/Oil Technology/Agricultural Science/Veterinary Sciences/Bio Chemistry/Micro Biology/Post Graduate
Degree in Chemistry/Degree in Medicine from a recognized university or equivalent.
Age Limit:
Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have crossed the age of 40 years on July 1, 2014
Age Relaxation is applicable as per the rules mentioned in the official notification.
Important Dates to be noted:
Last Date for Receipt of Examination Fees in the Bank : 11 August, 2014.
Last Date for Receipt of Application : 16 August, 2014.
